The whole process works as follows: |

Input:
• A Designated representative of your company
sends us the monthly input via fax or e-mail
• Input includes overtime hours, allowances, changes in
medical aid and retirement fund information, changes in employees’
personal information, banking details, leave transactions, etc.
(Any information that had changed since the previous payroll)
Transformation
• Input is processed on the VIP payroll system
• A Technical expert at BestChoice reviews the processed
payroll
• Summary reports are forwarded to the contact person at
your company to sign off.
• As soon as BestChoice has received the signed off reports
your company is supplied with a breakdown of the amounts to be
transferred into our salaries bank account
• Medical aid and pension reconciliation, as well as reconciliation’s
for other applicable external payments are done.
Output
• Payslips are printed for each employee and
are distributed to the designated contact person at your company.
• BestChoice supplies you with hard copies that are customized
with your companies’ needs
• BestChoice completes your monthly EMP201 return for PAYE,
UIF and SDL on-line.
• Your company receives a schedule of all payments to be
made to external parties or a schedule of third party
payments made by BestChoice.
Feedback
• During the first three months of the relationship
a monthly meeting will be arranged to ensure that all your needs
are addressed.
• After the first three months a quarterly service review
will be conducted to ensure that the outsourcing solution is in
line with your on-going requirements.
