If you are concerned about the idea of changing from your tried and tested

system parallel with your old system throughout the transitional period.
This will give you peace of mind that the two systems can run parallel to
each other. To ensure that employees receives only one IRP5 for the tax year
from your company, we do a “take on” (Year to date figures) per
employee. By law an employee can have more than one IRP5 per tax year and
is a “take on” not necessary. This is solely the decision of
our customer.

An electronic ACB
file will be created and forwarded to your company
via certified mail if your company is using it’s
own salary account. This file can be imported
into your banking software to transfer net salaries
directly into employees’ bank accounts

2
Your company will
be supplied with a breakdown of the amounts to
be transferred into our salaries bank account.
BestChoice will be transferring net salaries to
the individual bank accounts as well as the third
party payments.
